We are environmental counsel to Independence Plaza North with respect to the above-referenced matter.
Enclosed please find a proposal from Independence Plaza North's consultant, Commercial Lab Enterprise, for the inspection and sampling of the common hallway areas at Independence Plaza North to determine whether there are any asbestos containing materials in the carpet glue/mastic materials or in the cove base glue/mastic materials. Also enclosed is a product description of the glue/mastic that was used at Independence Plaza North.
