Conclusions

The results indicate that all toxic materials and asbestos tested, ,Vere found substantially below the EPA recommended safe levels during the time that air monitoring was performed by GAC.

The levels that were sampled are typical of air that can be found throughout New York City at anytime of the year. No further action is recommended based on these results.
