Re: Environmental Hazard Assessment

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

We are in receipt of a letter from you, dated March 18, 2002, requesting copies of any environmental hazard assessments we have conducted with respect to our properties in lower Manhattan. In response to this request, we enclose a copy of the Indoor Air Quality Survey, dated February 12, 2002, conducted by CA Rich Consultants, Inc. for our counsel, Carter, Ledyard & Milburn. As you will see, the survey concluded that the air quality represented at each of the tested sites did not contain elevated contaminant levels, when compared to EPA's prevailing AHERA and OSHA air quality guidelines, and that contaminant levels were also below that ASHRAE indoor air quality guidelines. Collegiate Church has cleaned and wiped down interior surfaces of its buildings and professionally cleaned the exterior surfaces.

Please contact the undersigned if you have any question.

Sincerely,

Casey e er Corpora retary and Treasurer
