Re: 15 John Street, 116 Nassau Street, 18 Murray Street,
112-114 Chambers Street, New York City
Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
We are the management company for the above premises and are responding to your
letters regarding building maintenance and re-occupancy issues following the collapse of
the World Trade Center.
As for 15 John Street, only the ground floor is rented out to a restaurant which reoccupied
Q- the premises around mid to late December, 2001. They undertook their own extensive
clean up prior to reopening for business. We engaged our own contractors to clean the
roof of all the debris immediately after the collapse. The rest of the building, since it
Al
was vacant, was secured and free of debris from the World Trade Center disaster. As to
the facade, enclosed please find the contract for said clean up from our contractor.
As for 116 Nassau Street, only the 10`h floor is occupied as offices by the owner, Abacus
0 Federal Savings Bank, and a small ground floor store by a Sprint store. The 101h floor
~C/ offices were reoccupied on approximately October 1 200 after the owner had the entire
Q- HVAC system cleaned with air filters changed and checked out by the contractor who
installed the system for them, Koon Yeung's Corp., 62 North 9`h Street, Brooklyn, NY
A, 11211, (718) 387-5037. The rest of the building was secured prior to the attack and was
~. free of any fallout debris. The roofs were cleaned by our own contractors immediately
after the collapse. The Sprint store did their own clean up prior to reopening for business.

As to the facade, enclosed please find the contract for said clean up from our contractor.
As for 18 Murray Street, the building was completely vacant prior to and immediately
after the attack except for the restaurant on the ground floor which could not reopen for
business until sometime in December, 2001 and then only part time because of the streets
being closed off. Our own contractors cleaned off the roof and the inside of the building
