World Trade Center Emergency Response Inspections conducted on December 15, 2002— Carlstien Lutchmedial

100 Church Street - At the building I met one of the workers who were on a lunch break. She said that at this time they were doing general cleaning. All ACM related work had been completed last week.

90 Trinity Place - the school is locked at this time. A construction crew was in front the building a partition on the sidewalk enclosing the entire school front. Is first scheduled to do the roof then the interior of the building.

100 Trinity Place - ATC was on site conducting various air contaminants sampling. Except for Asbestos fibers. This they said had been done last week and results were good. They said that three samples for lead were high in the cafeteria and room 207. As a result additional cleaning was being done. Air Sampling was being done outside the building for ACM by a DEP contractor.

125 Cedar Street/ - Met with Monte Cesta of Samson Management. He said that they tenants had accepted their sampling results and they additional sampling which was agreed along with DEP sometime ago was not being done. Presently, the apartments were being cleaned as a regular cleaning job.

250 South End Ave - I met the doorman who informed me that no work has been done on the courtyard. I asked him to call Joe Piastra, which he did. However, Piastra wasn't not in and a message was left for him to call DEP. Inspection of the courtyard revealed that it was in the same condition as when the sampling was done. It was observed that the courtyard was being used by construction workers to store old windows.

PS 234 - Chambers & Greenwich St - Met Kwame Fosu of SCA. Kwame said the school was scheduled to be reopened on February 4`h, 2002. All sampling for ACM was negative. The school appeared to be very clean. On the 3 11 floor, plaster repair had been done to fix cracks on the walls. This had left lots of white dust in classrooms where the work had been done. Also present on site KISS construction. They were on site to clean up the dust. Kwame said the plaster material was negative for ACM.

PS 89 Chambers & Westside Hwy - school is cleaned.
