Donald Graham from your office called to say that you had instructed Mike Gilsenan from the DEP that the recleaning should take place in the very near future and that the cleaning would be done by the same contractors who cleaned our interior spaces, ensuring that the tenants of 125 Cedar Street would be able to open their windows without this "dust" blowing inside. Please know that on late Friday afternoon, my wife had a conversation with Krish form the DEP who was unaware that the airshaft was to be recleaned and seriously questioned that the cleaning would take place at all. Perhaps the decision to reclean had not yet been relayed to Krish . We would appreciate being informed when the cleaning will take place. Thank you for understanding the problem and for promptly taking action to rectify the situation.
