WORLD TRADE CENTER REPORT
125 CEDAR STREET
On Thursday August 02, 2002, a walk through of several apartments at the above mentioned address was
conducted with the purpose of tagging all items left behind by tenants which, they need to have cleaned. I along
with Mr. Bob Fitzgerald of the EPA, and the specific tenants and/or owners of the apartments conducted a walk
through of the following apartments: 7N 3S Penthouse, 12S, 5N and 5S, 6S, 9S, lOS and IIN. Apartment 8N
was not look at, although the tenant __PII _i attended the appoinment he did not have the keys to the
apartment. He did give us a list of the items to be cleaned which is enclosed herewith. The Restaurant (Ground
Floor), Basement, and Wireless Store on 120 Liberty Street, Mr. Fitzgerald and myself were accompanied by Mr.
Joe Messino, the building manager. We looked at several storage rooms, including the safe room, elevator room,
electrical panel room, eletrical closet, meter room in the basement, all these areas are to be cleaned. The total area
to be cleaned in the basement is approximately 5,000 square feet.
Mr. I_PII of apartment I OS submitted his own specifications of what he wants cleaned and is attached herewith.
Most of the tenants had already taken out most articles of value and what they wanted to keep, and had for the
most part decided what was going to be cleaned and what needed to be discarded. The only tenant whom needed
most of her furniture cleaned was Ms. PH L and was very adamant about discarding anything except for the
washer, dryier, and stove. She gave us specific instructions how she wanted her walls cleaned and some of her fine
pieces of furniture. Also, she comanded for her sponge treated walls not to be wet wiped, and the writing on the
top of the wall in her living room should not be washed off. Her report is attached herewith. Mr. Fitzgerald will
continue with additional appointment scheduled for tomorrow.
