Dear Mr. Chicola:
Enclosed please find re-occupancy letter indicating the necessary steps that were taken to reoccupy the building. We have also enclosed a copy of a letter from the Department of Buildings stating that it has no objection for re-occupancy. Finally we have enclosed reports from AirTek Environmental and .the Department of Health in reference to air quality.
Also note that the exterior of the building has been power washed as well.
