Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan.

This correspondence has been prepared in response to your letter dated May 3, 2002, which was delivered to the Building Management/Owner's Representative at the captioned address.

The referenced letter indicates that the NYCDEP, in cooperation with the NYSDOL and USEPA has performed a series of exterior building surveys on various buildings in the vicinity of the World Trade Center. The letter further states that your "records indicate that visible debris accumulations were observed at the above referenced building".

Hygienetics Environmental Services, Inc. (Hygienetics) has provided AMG Realty Partners, L.P. with environmental consulting services both prior to, and in the aftermath inspecting of 9/11/01. These services have included coordinating, monitoring, and at 170 extensive interior and exterior environmental cleaning activities performed Broadway, by several NYSDOL Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractors, including Pinnacle Environmental Corp, Complete Environmental Services, Inc., and LV1 Environmental Services, Inc. February With respect to the building's exterior, after erecting a sidewalk shed/bridge on Washed by Pinnacle 4, 2002, the facade of 170 Broadway was cleaned and Power Environmental Corp , over the subsequent two weeks, with the facade cleaning work completed over the weekend of February 21, 2002. shed/bridge and Upon Pinnacle Environmental Corp's dismantling the sidewalk completion of the exterior cleaning, Hygienetics inspected the facade, and found it to be free of gross debris from the WTTC collapse.
