Re: Asbestos Air Quality Sampling at: River Watch 70 Battery Place New York, New York 10280

This report includes samples collected upto October 10, 2001. All air samples were collected and analyzed as recommended by the NIOSH 7400 method. All final air test were below the US EPA,- NYS Department of Labor and New York City Title 15 policy standard of 0.01 fibers per cubic centimeter (reoccupancy criteria following asbestos abatement activities).

Please find enclosed our report that contains all laboratory results and locations of samples collected.
