Dear Mr. Devine,. ' I; We Conducted an Asbestos Inspection on September 24`s 2001 at the ,1 + t :! premises located at 120 Greenwich Street New York, NY. This inspection was + conducted in accordance'with the New York Department of Labor Code 56 and all pertinent OSHA and State requirements. We took the following samples, 8 . t '6 !' . Bulk Samples, 15 Wipe Samples from each floor and from apartment I2C and 13' Air Samples one from each hallway 'on each floor All samples were analyzed' +' " .

using the TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) method of analysis, which is able, to determine asbestos type and quantity of fibers in' each'sample 2 Based on the inspection done at the premises located at 120 Greenwich 1Street New York Nand the •laboratory;analysis; which. was:done'at Testwvell , Laboratories in Ossining, NY. we have received the following results. 1. The Wipes contained NO ACM (Asbestos Containing 3t Material) in any of the samples analyzed. 2. The Air samples dontained minor amounts of ACM but the ' amount detected were well under both the OSHA and NY DOL t a~ er action levels.r 1, •" .'; ..
