In response to your inspection on February 16, 2002, please find below a listing of all work performed at our facility on and after September 11, 2001.

At the time of the tragedy, under the order of our executive director, Mr. Joseph B. Breed, our ventilation system was shut down immediately. All windows in all public area were closed and the staff, which were on duty on that day, knocked on doors of tenants who are home, and assists them to, closed their windows. Tenants had been advised not to open their windows until further notice.

All public areas were cleaned and dusted continuously by in-house and contracted janitorial staff. All major equipment were serviced by the respective service contractors, stated as follow;

Service contractors, on a timely preventative maintenance schedule, are continuously maintaining all areas and auxiliary systems in this facility.
