INSPECTION DISCLOSED: Tuesday 11/19/02: Trio's rigging contractor setting-up scaffolding for Maiden Lane facade. Wednesday 11/20/02: Jan Wolkowicz & 4 handlers of Trio and and erected the decon on 20th floor mechanical room. Facade Celestine Obika of Warren&Panzer arrived on site cleaning began from 15`s floor and down where debris observed downward pattern. Thursday 11/21/02: Second scaffolding was set-up for Maiden Lane facade cleaning and the same crew completed 15 floors at the end of the day. This completes the facade cleaning utilizing drop scaffolding. At the east side on pipe scaffolding set-up by the building's general contractor requires plank set-up on each floor. Trio is in negotiations with the G/C for re-arranging planks. Friday 11/29/02: Jan Wolkowicz&5 handlers of Trio and Celestine of Warren&Panzer on site cleaning the windows and ledges on pipe scaffolding on Cedar Street. Fifth and second floor windows and ledges were cleaned. Monday 12/02/02: Jan Wolkowicz & crew and Celestine Obika continue facade cleaning on cedar street pipe scaffolding by re-arranging the aluminum planks. Floors 13 and 12 were cleaned where debri pattern observed downwards. Tuesday 12/03/02: Jan Wolkowicz and crew with Celestine of W&P began re-arranged planks and cleaned floors 11 and 10 facade on Cedar Street. Wednesday 12/04/02: Jan Wolkowicz and crew with Idris Idowu, AH 02-11201 of W&P continued facade cleaning on Cedar Street on floors 9`h and 80'. Thursday 12/05/02: Wolkowicz and crew with Idris Idowu of W&P continued facade cleaning on floors 7a`&6a'. Friday 12/06/02: Crew continued facade cleaning on Maiden Lane east side fr om floors 15 down to 8th and at Cedar Street floors 4th, 2nd &1s`. Monday 12/10/02: Wolkowicz and crew continued facade cleaning on Maiden Lane from 79, floor thru 1a floor. On Cedar Street side the plotfornvs of the pipe scaffolding were cleaned. Tuesday 12/11/02: No work scheduled due snow accumulation on Cedar Street bridge. Wednesday 12/12/02: Wolkowicz and crew with Festy of W&P began cleaning the bridge on Cedar Street. Sunday 12/15/02: Ireneusz&5 handlers with Oghogho Erhaber of Warren&Panzer began washing the facade below scaffold bridge on Maiden Lane and was completed at fpm. Crew moved equipment to Cedar Street side and began washing the facade below the scaffold bridge and was completed at 4:30pm.
