Enclosed is a completed License Agreement to wash the buildings 15 Maiden Lane, a/k/a 18 John Street, a/k/a 22 John Street, New York, New York
We respectfully request that you commence this work immediately starting with 15 Maiden Lane. As you know, we were doing waterproofing when you stopped us and the building is open and exposed to the elements and we need to get the waterproofers to finish ASAP. Otherwise there could be serious damage to the building and we would have no choice but to hold you responsible for any damage.
Please advise us as to when this work will commence.
