All persons mvolvl in the, bestos abatement at 65 Nassau Street, NYC, NY, shall display a valid NYC Asbestos H ilaler or Supervisor license at the project site. Abatement activities shall start no later thap .SQ9 rm December 5, 2001. We shall maintain a cordoned off area at a minimum 20' away from the cleanup so it is to allow only licensed asbestos handlers access to the immediate cleanup site. All asbestos containing debris found shall be bagged, transported through the waste decontamination center, cleaned off; doubled bagged, and transported to the Asbestos waste container. Amended water shall be used prior to any asbestos abatement. Daily air monitoring shall be a third party air-monitoring firm hired by the owner for the duration of this project. Sampling shall be performed at all times during the clean up in accordance with NYC Title 15, Chapter 1. All sampling results shall be made ready within 48 hours and will be furnished immediately upon request by the NYCDEP.
