Dear Ms. Weldon:

Per your request I conducted an inspection at the above address in order to test the dust in your apartment caused by the Twin Tower Collapse.

The following are our findings:

Lead: 12 mg per sq ft was found, well below H.U.D maximum permissible 250 mg per sq ft.

Asbestos: None detected - Tested by Polarized Light Microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy (more precise & exact testing than required by DEP/EPA Protocol) .
