Based upon the analytical results of the air and wipe samples taken on
September 19th indicating asbestos and/or lead contamination as well as a visual
inspection of all units by EAI, some areas of the apartment units in Table 2 were
added to the original scope of work. Units that were not added did not appear to
be contaminated by the World Trade Center collapse. However, many of these
units may have contained construction dust or normal house dust.
