Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
In response to your letter of the 12th last, please note that we were never contacted by DEP in September 2001, or at anytime later, regarding building maintenance and re- occupancy guidelines following collapse of the World Trade Center.
Please be advised that no windows were broken in the building, preventing the collection of debris inside. Our insurance carrier sent a cleaning contractor to clean, vacuum and wash both the interior and exterior of the building, including all air conditioning devices. The performance of the contractor appeared to be thorough and entirely satisfactory.
