Dear Mr. Radbaltrishnan:
I am writing to conflnn our telephone conversation on Friday, February 15, 2002, that Lahania Management will not be required to produce an environmental hazard assessment for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection in connection with the above referenced property.
As we discussed, I hired a contractor to perform a "general clean up" of the interior (including windows) and roof of the building. There was no debris in the interior of the building, broken windows or damage to the building.
