With respect to conventional cleaning, the building has continued its janitorial services on a daily
basis, once the facility was re-occupied. Recently the building has completed the cleaning of
the exterior of the building, windows and facade, with a vendor routinely contracted to perform
this service. With respect to debris on the roof subsequent to September 11, 2001, a visual
inspection performed by' an EMTEQUE Corporation Asbestos Investigator on April 30, 2002
failed to identify any suspect asbestos-containing debris (reference is made to the attached
correspondence).
