Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
Thank you for your letter of May 3, 2002 offering to include 4 South Street (a/k/a the Whitehall Ferry Terminal) in your agencies Cleaning Program.
The Whitehall Ferry Terminal is undergoing a major reconstruction and will be demolished in phases. With this in mind it would not be appropriate to participate in your agencies Cleaning Program. The new terminal is schedule to be completed by the fall of 2003.
