We are please to submit our proposal to furnish labor and material to complete the following work at the above location, on regular time:
SCOPE OF WORK
We will first install netting around scaffolds.
We will then dry clean exterior facade, windows and sills of building. NOTE: Where there is accumulation of soot we will vacuum. area.
We will then furnish labor, material and equipment to light power wash exterior facade of building with 1,500 psi.
We will furnish labor, material and equipment to wash exterior windows.
We will remove debris from roof.
All debris arising from our work will be removed and disposed of as mandated by the City of New York and the ECB.
