The staff of the Landmarks Preservation Commission recently received a request review a proposal for work at the subject premises. The proposed work consists of cleaning the exteriorf lb building of debris related to the collapse of the World Trade Center, including removing all loose erio using, on the horizontal surfaces, non-metallic bristle brushes or scrapers, water rinse of not more than 250 PSI, and, as followed up by wet4• ""'"ing and a low pressure described in specifications preparef •i a City of New Department of .Environmental Protection and submitted York as components of this atitrlkation.
