INSPECTION DISCLOSED: 02/04/03 Tuesday: The scaffilding crew from Fiber Control, Inc. began installing the drop scaffolding platform on the roof of the next door Pizza Parlor. 02/05-03 Wednesday: Project Manager Tony Costa, Cert#88755, Handler Supervisor John Ehlers, Cert#83475 and four handlers from Fiber Control Inc, and Arthur C. Jetter of Warren&Panzer were on site. Air sampling was performed on the roof and staircase of Pizza Parlour. Handlers went on the drop scaffolding and began washing the North facade and windows from the 29th floor. At the end of the day washing was completed to the I l m floor. 02/06/03 Thursday: The same crew came on site and began washing the North facade and windows. Air sampling was performed. At the end of the day north facade washing was completed. 02/07/03 Friday: Cables were removed and lowered from the roof level and the platform was dismantled. 02/10/03 Monday: The platform and other equipment were removed from the roof of the Pizza Parlor.
