determines the exceedance to be associated with 130 Liberty Street, the exceedance will result in a stoppage of work associated with the exceedance until an evaluation of emission controls is performed and corrective action acceptable to USEPA is in place.
LMDC’s Consultant will monitor PMio and PM2.5 at each station in the network on a continuous basis. These data will be reviewed on a routine basis during the course of each 24 hour monitoring period and used to alert LMDC of any potential exceedances of 24 hour action levels established for these parameters. Corrective actions will be taken as needed during the course of the work when warranted from review of the continuous monitoring data.
