Dear Mr. Oliver:
Enclosed please find the analytical results for nuisance dust sampling conducted at 80 John Street, New York, NY.
All samples were collected and analyzed by JLC Environmental Consultants, Inc. (JLC) at the request of WSA Management.
After their arrival, samples were individually prepared and tested for airborne particulates. When the samples arrived they were prepared by weighting the filters in the environmental balance chamber following the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) method 0500.
The samples analyzed were well below the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommended limit of 15 mg/m^ and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienist (ACGIH) standards of 10 mg/m^.
