Dear Brian:
Attached find complete results of the analysis of the water samples taken from the WTC site on May 6, 2002. MTBE level for the sump discharge (B-6 30 hp sump pump) was 140 ppb and for the dewatering wells (Main Discharge) was 1.3 ppb.
Chlorodifluoromethane was 97 ppb in the sump discharge and 4.1 ppb in the dewatering well discharge.
We are also forwarding a copy of the tables which track MTBE and Chlorodifluoromethane concentrations for all of the water sample testing which has been performed on the site. We are also including the results of the analysis performed on the water samples for asbestos. The results for dioxin will be forwarded upon receipt from the lab.
