ATC Associates Inc. (ATC) is pleased to submit this draft invoice to the City of New York Department of Design and Construction (NYC DDC) for Environmental Support Services at the above site. As of December 28, 2001, we estimate our fees for this project to be $240,844.26. A cost breakdown detailing this fee is attached for your review. The scope of services provided was governed by the Contract for Consulting Services between our two firms.
