RE: World Trade Center Dewatering MTA Job 01-4906 Water Analyses Reports

Dear Brian:

We are in receipt of your transmittal letter dated January 25, 2002 regarding our serial letters 4906-35, 4906-36 and 4906-37 which were deemed unacceptable by the DDC.

In our SL #35. we indicated that these were partial results from the January 9*^ analysis.

In our SL#36, we attached a tabulation of all lab tests that were taken to date. On the tabulation sheet, there was a notation as to the dates we expected to receive the results of the additional tests.

In our SL#37. we transmitted the final results of the lest results from January 9"’. which included additional information for semivolatiles and pesticides. This information was not provided to us by the lab. which explains why it was not in the original partial result fax transmission in our SL#35.

Furthermore, the Sample ID numbers and dates are referenced on the analysis sheets at the top of each column. We have contacted the lab to delete the NY TAGM column since it does not pertain to your project. Enclosed you will find the revised analysis sheets showing this change.
