Please provide OEM with a proposal for the following alterations to the Mayor’s conference table at 7 World Trade Center. Please note that all modifications to the existing table must be performed on site. OEM has requested 3 additional Forum plates. Each plate shall contain 112 Data/ Voice cutouts (see enclosed sketches for location). Please send your proposal directly to John Hughes of the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management at 7 World Trade Center, 23"* Floor. We would appreciate that this proposal be given priority, as OEM would like to make the revision ASAP. Please contact me regarding the lead time for the above mentioned items.
