Dear Mr. Schneider:

We write with reference to the revised change order #3 and #4, submitted today at the regular construction meeting. As discussed with you, included herewith is a summaiy of costs which we believe to be reasonable. Attached herewith also is the clarification requested for the A/V work, mentioned under Change Order #4. Based on the clarifications indicated by the AA^ consultant, please revise your cost proposals.
