Dear Mr. Weems:

We have recently sent the Audio Visual bids to Shen Milson & Wilke, Inc. for their review. After their review, Ace Audio Visual increased their quotation by $29,743.00, increasing the trade value in our original proposal to $1,823,650. Please find the attached letter from Ace explaining this change.

Please be advised that this change will increase our proposal amount of $11,645,746 by the following amounts:

Ace Proposal Increase $29,743.00 General Conditions 8% 2,379.00 Overhead & F-ee 6% 1,927.00 Insurance 1.25% 426.00 Total $34,475.00

Our revised proposal for work at the above referenced project is ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE DOLIJKRS ($11,680,221.00).

We trust the above meets with your approval and we look forward to the continued pleasure of serving you.
