Enclosed please find your copy of Ambassador Construction Company's revised proposal for the work at the above referenced area in accordance with Swanke Hayden Connell's drawings and specifications (see attached lists) for the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Six Dollars ($11,645,746.00). Also, enclosed please find additional bids for the following trades:

Concrete, Masonry, and Fireproofing - (1) bid jjC Contracting Marble and Stone Work - (1) bid Port Morris Roofing and Waterproofing - (1) bid Wolko - Braker Rolling Fire Doors - (3) bids Metro Door, Steel Masters, Steel Craft Metal and Glass Partitions - (2) bids Standard Door and Elevator, Galeja Contracting Metal Panel Wall - (2) jordan Panel, Eastern Exterior Wall Systems Wire Mesh Wall - (1) bid Fienstein Iron Folding Wall - (2) bids The Mackenzie Group, Flex Wall Purchase Items - (3) bids Sylvester Associates, Gringer & Sons, Jenteen Partners

Ambassador has made the appropriate corrections to the trade line items on their revised proposal of June 10, 1998.
