VERREX is pleased to submit this proposal for supplying the Audio Visual system as referenced above. We have used the plans and specifications dated May 4, 1998 drawn up by Shen Milsom & Wilke, Inc. as the basis for our bid. This bid submission consists of the following information;

I. VERREX QUALIFICATIONS VERREX is one of the oldest and most respected contractors in the audiovisual industry. We have consistently delivered complex projects such as this on time and within budget since 1947. We offer the following qualifications which set VERREX apart from our competition;

1. We currently have eight full-time electronics engineers on staff. 2. All system engineering documentation and drawings are produced on AutoCAD, the industry standard for PC-based Computer-Aided Drafting. All other project information is also computerized.
