Dumpster to be provided by contractor and centrally located in work areas. 4. Free use of hoist and utilities as necessary. 5. Safe and secure area for materia s and equipment to be provided. 6. Our trade has no special permit and assumes that building and construction permits are by the construction manager. 7. Wc will protect our work durin J delivery and installation. After installation, protection of completed work areas by oth« rs, 8. We do not include temporary he ft or enclosures. 9. We do not include any miscellai eous steel. 10, We include shop drawings, shop tickets and coordination of our work with other trades. 11. We would be very interested to work on this project and would be happy to review scope of work, and make any value engineering suggestions and or modifications as may be required.
