Dear Raymond:
As originally discussed, the attached invoices reflect the work that was needed for the
installation of the three (3) emergency generators and the domestic water tank which
supplies the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management, 23'^'’ Floor of 7 World Trade
Center.
The work included the removal and relocation of piping containing numerous
communications cables, supplying American Express Bank on the 7*, 8^^ and 13^^
floors. The piping also contained communication links to the American Express tower.
Attached are listed copies of the individual invoices and work tickets submitted by
American Express for reimbursements.
