Re: Noyer’s Office of Emergency Management
7 World Trade Center,
Dear Glenn;
I
As a folldw up to our recent conversation enclosed is a letter from Edwards & Zuck
Communications, Inc., our technology consultants. They have conservatively determined that
the monthly charge for the conduits you requested should be $3,412.50. It is caistomary and
standard ui the industry to charge for this type of space. We are doing so in all of our properties
and, in fail, the largest tenant in 7 WTC is paying for similar space.
Please ad ise whether you intend to move forward with this project.
Thank yoi.
