Mastro Deputy Mayor for Operations City Hall New York, New York 10007 RE: 7 World Trade Company Block 84, Lot 36 Borough of Manhattan Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management Dear Deputy Mayor Mastro: Enclosed, for final execution, are five (5) copies of the License Agreement for the referenced premises. Each copy of the License Agreement should be signed and notarized where indicated. The City of New York intends to enter into a License Agreement with 7 WORLD TRADE CENTER as Licensor, for the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management occupancy of the referenced premises. The License is necessary to provide access for inspection of the premises and to require the Licensor to provide the preparation of architectural and engineering plans and specifications for the leasing of the Licensed Premises to Licensee. The Licensee shall pay Licensor a license fee of one (1) dollar upon expiration of the License.
