LAW DEPARTMENT DEC 221997 100 CHURCH STREET NEW YORK, N.Y, 10007

JEFFREY D. FRIEDLANDER Acting Corporation Counsel

MEMORANDUM

FROM: JASON CUTLER^r Assistant Corporation Counsel

TO: JEFF KONDRAT DCAS Assistant Commissioner

RE: 7 World Trade Center License Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management

Date: December 22, 1997

Before we deliver the executed license to Licensor, we should get a copy of a fully executed copy of the letter agreement (Exh A of the license) dated October 21, revised October 24, 1997, which specifies the services and costs. Page “A-5” of the Exhibit “A” attachment to the lease does not have the signature for Silverstein Properties, Inc, indicating acceptance of the letter agreement. I believe we received the Exhibit before Silverstein signed it.

I assume such letter agreement was signed by them with no changes, but we should make sure of this by getting a copy of the fully executed document.
