The partners or, if a corporate entity, officers and shareholders of the corporation or

members of the limited liability which owns the premises are as follows;

ARTICLE 22

NO WAIVER

The failure by Licensee to insist, in one or more instances upon the full performance of

any Licensor’s covenants, conditions or obligations hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver

of a subsequent breach of the same or any other covenant or condition, and the consent or

approval by Licensee to or of any act by Licensor requiring Licensee’s consent or approval shall

not be construed to waive or render unnecessary Licensee’s consent or approval to or of any

subsequent similar act by Licensor. No provision of this License shall be deemed to have been

waived by Licensee unless such waiver be in writing signed by Licensee.
