The Landlord will prepare final architectural and engineering plans and make the alterations and improvements in accordance with preliminary architectural plans and specifications prepared by the Division of Real Estate Services and approved by the agency. Landlord shall contribute $45.00 psf to the cost of plans and improvements. Tenant to reimburse landlord for the balance of the Tenant work, up to a total cost not to exceed $.
