Please review the attached P&E package which includes the reductions provided by the agency and the basic assumptions provided for by the agency, DRES and the other consultants involved in the process thus far. All ‘assumptions' are clarified fully in the program package and have been reviewed by all parties with no further additions or modifications.
The total reduction included in the above noted package equate to 4,081 csf; this reduction equals an approximate square footage number required to meet all known requirements of the program thus far. Additional modifications may be required once all program requirements are clarified and all building measurements are adjusted and approved.
