Dear Ms. Giliberti:
We are in receipt of the proposal to provide Design Services for Security submitted by Vikonics, dated January 27,1998, in connection with the above referenced project.
We hereby approve Vikonics as the selected consultant to perform all the necessary services for a complete Security System design and services during construction. This selection has been established pursuant to Vikonics’ proposal dated January 27,1998, and its letter dated February 2,1998, stating that the professional fees shall be a lump sum fee of $17,850.00.
As part of Vikonics’ responsibilities the consultant shall produce a security concept report, and shall attend design meetings when required by DRES or Swanke Hayden Connell.
