Dear Mr. Merani:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, I am writing to inform you that the amount of space to be acquired for the proposed use will be 5,000 square feet larger than the approximately 46,000 square feet indicated in the referenced application. The proposed facility will require 51,065 square feet of space which consists of an additional 4,000 square feet of office space and approximately 1,000 square feet of roof-top area for communications equipment.
The proposed project remains substantially as described in the referenced application and I believe that the increase in square footage noted above does not represent a significant change.
