Dear Mr. Brisky;

Attached is a copy of the revised report we intend to submit on Wednesday March 4* to the Mayor for approval, pursuant to section 824 of the City Charter, of the business terms of the proposed lease. This has been revised from the one I sent you yesterday by raising the roof rent from $36,000 per annum to $42,000 per annum.

Kindly review same and let us know as soon as possible if all is in good order so that we may process it further.
