Re: 2"** REVTSED REPORT PROJECT NO. 96-1346 Office of Emergency Management 7 World Trade Center BLOCK 84, LOT 36 BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN

Dear Mr. Brisky.

Attached is a copy of the 2°** revised report we intend to submit on Wednesday March 4* to the Mayor for approval, pursuant to section 824 of the City Charter, of the business terms of the proposed lease. This has been further revised due to a re-configuration of the generator space on the 7* floor which has increased the total square footage from 50,065 rentable square feet to 50,182 rentable square feet, and the rent has been increased accordingly.

Kindly review same and let us know as soon as possible if all is in good order so that we may process it further.

Very truly yours,

JeffKondrat
