Dear Mr. Hauer:

Attached is a revised submission to a Real Property Public Hearing for your review and approval. It has been revised from the one I sent you yesterday (a) as a result of the landlord increasing the roof rent from $36,000 per annum to $42,000 per annum and (b) due to a re-configuration of the generator space on the 7* floor which has increased the total square footage from 50,065 rentable square feet to 50,182 rentable square feet, and the rent has been increased accordingly. The changes are highlighted.
