This will confirm your conversation yesterday with Larry A, Silverstein, In that conversation Mr. Silverstein agreed to your request for additional time for the captioned lease to be fully approved and executed from March 18,1998 to 12:00 noon on March 26, 1998. If the lease is not fully approved, executed and delivered to our office by the aforesaid time and date, neither party will be bound and the transaction will be considered terminated.
