proposed rental Tenant is seeking;

(k) The sublease shall not allow the use of the Demised Premises or anv part

thereof for ti) the preparation and/or sale of food for on or off premises consumption or (ii)

use bv a foreign or domestic governmental agency (other than an agency of Tenant named

herein) or (iii) anv use prohibited under this Lease; and

(1) The proposed assignee or subtenant shall, in the opinion of the Port
