in interest of Tenant and the due performance of the obligations of this Lease on Tenant's part to

be

performed or observed shall not be discharged, released or impaired in any respect by any

agreement or stipulation made by Landlord extending the time of, or modifying any of the

obligations of, this Lease, or by any waiver or failure of Landlord to enforce any of the

obligations of this Lease.

(J) The listing of any name other than that of Tenant, whether on the doors of the

Demised Premises or the Building directory, or otherwise, shall not operate to vest any right or

interest in this Lease or in the Demised Premises, nor shall it be deemed to be the consent of

Landlord to any assignment or transfer of this Lease or to any sublease of the Demised Premises

or to the use or occupancy thereof by others.

(K) Tenant hereby agrees that the elevator lobby and public hallways on any floor on

which Tenant shall have subleased space to a subtenant shall conform in all respects (including.

without limitation, colors schemes) to either (a) the elevator lobby and hallways (if any) on other

floors leased to Tenant (if Tenant has leased more than one (1) floor from Landlord) or (b)

Landlord's then Building standard for elevator lobbies and public hallways on multi-tenanted

floors of the Building, including identifications signs, or shall otherwise be approved in writing

by Landlord, prior to the commencement of work thereon, notwithstanding anything in this Lease

to the contrary.
